HI, I'M SHARRON

I am a strong, confident, creative and loving woman. Even though I had built businesses, earned degrees, and worked in the corporate world, I rarely felt successful.

In fact, I felt broken, unworthy, and jeered, which left me feeling all alone.

What was most discouraging was that...

I often felt I had to hustle and do what society told me to do in order to earn the American dream.

I followed all the “SHOULDS” but unfortunately, the “shoulds” stole my peace, undermined my confidence, and jeopardized my health.

Trust me, “shouldy” living was exhausting; it was not for me. Constantly feeling weighed down by rules, roles, and protocols felt stifling and made me feel resentful.

But one day, I had enough.

I grew tired of checklists, obligations, and scheduling my life based on somebody else's agenda.

I missed ME and I longed to do things that were NOT controlled by traditions I didn’t make, errands I didn’t enjoy, and perspectives I didn’t believe.

So, I started prioritizing my needs, making my own rules, and trusting my intuition. I started asking “what if” and “why not” realizing that I could create a different future.

I also ended some relationships so I could fully explore the deepest parts of my soul and experiment with new settings, hobbies, and activities without judgement.

As a result, my life changed and so did I.

I wrote some books, redefined my faith, and got my 50-year-old plus body back in shape.

I depended on myself to rewrite the script and took action to design the life that I desired.

I learned a lot and I would love to share the insight, wisdom, and tools I gained to help you courageously depend more on yourself, too.

With new clarity, you will discover great insight into who you are and how you are wired, which will help direct you to your purpose.

What if I'm not sure about what I really desire?

I get it. I've been there. That's why this is perfect for you.

Sometimes it's hard to know what you desire. However, I believe deep down we know what we want.

We all have desires but sometimes we feel as if we can't express them. Or, sometimes we have abandoned our desires because we didn't have support or affirmation. Or, sometimes our desires are deeply buried which makes them harder to access.

This journey will help you discover what's inside of you and blocking you from depending on yourself to voice what you desire and need.

What if I feel lost?

There is so much uncertainty in the world. It is natural to feel lost.

"You Can Depend On You" will give you the tools to welcome and thrive amid unknowing. I also know that feeling lost, though not abandoned, is one of the best ways to find yourself and discover who you really are at your core.

What does it mean to tune my inner compass? How do I know if it's tuned correctly?

Such a great question. You will know that you are tuned in when your head, heart, and actions align. You will feel a peace and clarity. It's a process that we will address together.

I hate watching videos.

The modules will also be available in a private podcast feed. You don't have to watch videos at all. You can consume the information in whatever format works best for you.

How much time does this journey take?

Everybody is different. We all have different needs, desires, and histories that influence how we learn and digest information.

I recommend you block a minimum of 30 minutes per day to review and reflect so you can get the most out of the experience.

Each module should take 1 week.

However, there is no need to rush. You will have access to the information and updated for up to one year.

My goal is your transformation, and I am not concerned about speed of completion.

How much time do I need to reflect and apply the lessons?

After going through the materials for each module, it's preferred if you give yourself two weeks as reflection weeks.
